Feller GmbH takes the protection of personal data seriously and wishes to protect your privacy. Consequently, it is important to us to comply with the laws relating to data protection. We would like for you to know what data we collect and store, and how we use these data.

1. Collection and processing of http log data
Whenever you visit our web site, and every time you call up a file, our Web server collects log information about these processes (e.g. browser type, retrieval date and time). These are not personal data. As a result, we have no way of assigning the data we collect to a particular natural person.
We evaluate all of this information solely for statistical purposes. The data are not forwarded to third parties. We do not link these data with other data. In addition, once statistically evaluated the data are routinely deleted within a week's time.

2. Person-related data
We only save your person-related data if you as a user actively make this data available to us deliberately, for example within an information request. Your data will be used only for the purpose for which you have made them available to us. Your data will not be used to analyse your surfing behaviour.

3. Passing on information to third parties
Person-related data will be used by us for internal purposes in the course of client relationships. Nothing will be passed on to third parties without your express and required consent. Any compilation of person-related data and any transfer of such data to institutions and authorities which are entitled to obtain such information are carried out only to the extend required by law or if we are obliged to do so by virtue of a court order or court ruling. Members of staff and third party service providers are bound by Feller GmbH to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and to comply with data protection rules and our internal guidelines.

5. Right to information
You have the right to receive information about the data stored about you at any time; this information also includes the origin and recipients of these data and the purpose for which the data have been processed. Please direct your enquiry to us in writing, either via e-mail or via letter sent to one of the addresses shown below.
This Data Protection Statement applies only to contents on our servers and does not extend to websites to which links are featured on our own website.

The Feller GmbH website contains links to other websites. Feller GmbH is not responsible, and accepts no liability whatsoever, for the data-protection measures made and/or the content of these websites.
